3. 3.Offers are valid for all Visa cards except cards issued in Japan.
4. 4.To receive any offer, present the free paper or printed PDF of “NAHA NAVI with Visa” (www.visa-news.jp/visitjapan/okinawa/) at the participated merchants, and pay with your Visa card. At restaurants and cafes, present these pages at time of order.
5. 5.Offers cannot be redeemed without presenting either the free paper or printed PDF of “NAHA NAVI with Visa.”
6. 6.Offers may not be used in combination with any other promotions, discounts, coupons or special offers. Offers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items.
7. 7.Failure to present the free paper or printed PDF of “NAHA NAVI with Visa” at the proper time may result in denial of the offer.
8. 8.Terms and conditions for each offer vary. Be certain to read the terms and conditions for each offer before use.
9. 9.Offers void where restricted by law, prohibited or subject to taxation.

12. 12.Limited to one redemption per person per offer. Offers are valid for only one visit to any one merchant.
13. 13.Minimum spending limits on all offers include tax, unless otherwise indicated. Gifts must be claimed when you pay. They cannot be claimed after purchase.

15. 15.Check the condition of gifts at time of receipt. If there are any defects, exchange it immediately.

17. 17.All receipts must be on same day purchases with a Visa card and in the same name as the card holder. Receipts cannot be combined.
