“I like how the mood changes according to the time of day.”
There are a lot of movie theater complexes here so I can catch a late-night movie anytime. When I’m on a break I lounge at Omokageya coffee shop, with its old-world Japanese interior. They’re open until the following morning Monday to Saturday, making it particularly convenient. If you’re looking for styles, electronics or good food, then Shinjuku will have you covered.
I use this as a meeting spot or simply for breaks after shopping. The high ceilings and plentiful menu are what I particular appreciate.
I just really like the lighting and the cool ambience of Chano-ma. The sake and drinks are good, and of course the food holds its own as well.
It’s located right underneath Chano-ma, and I come to shop for a variety of unique products.
The exhibits here are fascinating, and I go to each and every one. The location is also great; altogether it’s a museum I just love.
I think that anyone who has never had this “burnt” black-soup ramen before may be a little surprised, but it is really an exquisite taste! It’s so popular that there is often a line out front, so you’ve got to be prepared to wait.
When I get a day off, I always come here because the layout is completely different from the Shinjuku store even though it still exhibits the Barneys spirit. It’s pretty spacious and comfortable so I feel I can shop at my leisure.
